The Integrator role in an EOS® business
An Integrator is the most critical leadership role in companies running on EOS®, acting as second-in-command and working closely with the Visionary (usually the CEO or business owner). They ensure the company’s vision, goals, and strategies are executed effectively by leading, managing, and holding the leadership team and departments accountable.
As the name suggests, the Integrator connects the core functions of the business—sales, marketing, operations, and finance—to drive results. They bring order, provide stability, and serve as the glue that holds everything together. The Integrator of a company running on EOS® has similar roles and responsibilities to a President, COO, or General Manager.
